COACHING

PRIVATE WORKSHOP
$70/HOUR

  • This private workshop is mainly focused on movements. We will perfect your understanding of the basic principles and specific problems with your climbing. After this workshop, you will be able to apply what you have learned to all styles of bouldering.
  • Offered to climbers of all levels.
  • Warm-up, movement principles, management of a climbing session, improvement, visualization, mental preparation, problem reading, strategy for free climbing or competition.
  • For ages 14 and up.
  • +$10 per additional person up to 4 people total/workshop

We offer complementary services to climbing at chabanel. these two services, physiotherapy and massage therapy, are offered by independent specialists. you must therefore make an appointment with them from their own page.

PHYSIOTHERAPY
WITH JULIEN DESCHENEAUX

Having started climbing 11 years ago, Julien is in a good position to understand how unique climbing injuries are. He is constantly looking to deepen his knowledge of the sport and that is why he dedicates himself exclusively to it. His interests include orthopedic physiotherapy, hand injuries, correction of movement patterns and their integration into climbing movements.

Passionate about the outdoors and adventure, he can be found on Adirondack trails and climbing walls.

KINESIOLOGY WITH MARIE-PIER BERTHIAUME

Specialist in anatomy, biomechanics, massage, passive joint mobilization and prescription of strengthening and stretching exercises.
