Workshop designed to understand the technical similarities and differences between
dynos and slabs, while portraying a large selection of options when it comes to technique
in these situations, from comprehension of trajectory of movement to the application of
friction on volumes.

Optimization of momentum
Due to the importance of efficiency in climbing, this workshop will present the basics of
conserving one’s energy through optimising momentum and the initiation of movement.
